To ensure utmost durability and functionality, Junotec's Louvre Systems feature our innovative Rotor™ Louvres, which allow for an adjustable roofing system that can be seamlessly incorporated into various architectural structures.

The current specifications of our pergolas include anodized aluminium with a depth ranging from 12-20-25 microns. The higher the micron count, the greater the level of protection. With regular cleaning and maintenance, the anodized aluminium retains its original appearance for a minimum of 10 years. All aluminium extrusions are sourced from NZ ALI LTD, a trusted supplier, and are manufactured in an ISO9001:2008 certified facility, adhering to the AS/NZS 1866-1997 standards.

As the standard finish, we offer Duralloy or an equivalent coating, which provides excellent resistance to weather conditions and ensures durability against external factors. This finish comes with warranties, including a 25-year maintainable service life, 10-year film integrity, and 7-year color integrity. Additionally, we provide a variety of exterior powder coat finishes, supplied by Spray Well East Tamaki, to suit different aesthetic preferences.

The open roof system of our pergolas is meticulously designed by Kopi Engineering Ltd, adhering to New Zealand wind loading standards. Detailed engineering specifications are available upon request, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
